How we work
We build each solution with the institution, and do the heavy lifting for it.
Every HEI has its own mission, students and history. We start by understanding them, then build and run a solution that fits, alongside what is already there.
Six principles that make us different
We start with the institution, not the product
Its mission, its students, its current results, what it does well and what it's struggling with. The solution comes from that.
Built for each one
Its curriculum, its language, its context, and its own name and brand. Students and staff should feel it's theirs.
We do the heavy lifting
We build the content, set everything up, run the checks and prepare the reports. Faculty give minutes a week, not months.
Nothing replaced
No systems to install, connect or change. Teachers keep teaching the way they do. We add to what's there.
Fast to start
Content ready in about two weeks. Students practising by the second week of term. First results by midterms.
AI does the work, people make the calls
AI builds content, translates, forecasts and flags. A named person checks everything that matters, and nothing is used to judge individual staff.
How we build a solution, step by step
Understand
Conversations with leaders and faculty, and a look at the data the institution already has: its mission, context, current results, strengths and struggles.
The framework behind step 1Agree the problem
One problem to solve first, the starting numbers, the target, and how we'll measure it together.
Design and build
We choose the products the problem needs and build the content in about two weeks. Faculty review it.
Launch
Week 1: the Assessment Engine runs in class. Week 2: the app is on students' phones and the first lists reach staff.
Run and improve
Weekly views for teachers and leaders, alerts with owners, and a review at midterms to adjust.
Report and grow
Semester results against the starting point, a plan for next semester, and the next problem to take on.
What we need from the institution
A named lead
One person we work with each week.
Class lists
Students sign in with email. No new accounts to manage.
A few minutes of class time
For the first check and short practice. Students use their own phones.
Faculty review
Of the content we build, before it goes live.
We handle the rest, with TULA’s team on the ground.
Start with a conversation.
Tell us about the institution and the problem that matters most, and we’ll show what a first semester could look like.
